Marriage License applications are accepted without an appointment Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. Please arrive no later than 3:45 p.m. to allow sufficient time to conclude all business with the Court. Both applicants must be present together at the county probate court at the time of application and sign the application in the presence of a deputy clerk.
